The OmniVID™ is an all-in-one, comprehensive microscope camera.

It features built-in live video on a bright 2-inch LCD screen, 3.1 megapixel digital imaging, and MPEG4 video directly onto the included SD memory card. Connect to any size TV for training large groups, or connect to a PC for capturing digital images or digital video in the easy-to-use MicroCap V2.0 software. Use the wired or wireless remote control to snap pictures or access the menu and playback modes from the unit itself.

The OmniVID™ mounts directly onto any microscope trinocular head with C-Mount threading.

OmniVid™ Software:

The included OmniVID™ MicroCap 2.0 is a multifunctional, easy-to-use, user friendly software. Basic functions include jpeg and bitmap digital imaging, time lapse interval imaging, and mpeg digital video. Choose resolution quality up to 3 megapixels. Control the camera from the software; including exposure, brightness, contrast and white balance or just select "auto" for ease of use. The digital zoom function permits magnifying up to four times greater than the optics of the microscope. Also, by using our available stage micrometer, you can calibrate the measuring software, making measurements fast and easy. Works with Windows XP and Vista operating systems.
