100x Objective If you have an Observer III, or another scope with fine focus, you may want to upgrade the scope to handle 1000x (with a 10x eyepiece). This is an oil immersion lens. Due to the power of lens, you will need a mechanical stage. If your scope is not equipped with a mechanical stage, one can be ordered above. With the addition of this lens, an Observer III scope becomes identical to an Observer IV. Lens is Achromatic, color corrected, and conforms to the DIN standard. Small bottle of immersion oil is included. (This lens is not recommended for microscopes without fine focus.)	$79
