International Orders

We do ship our equipment outside the USA, but we ask you to be prepared for shipping costs of $150 to $200 US dollars or more for microscopes, depending upon the distance traveled, as well as the value and weight of the equipment being shipped.

All international orders must be prepaid by bank wire.  We do NOT accept credit cards, checks, or money orders for orders being shipped outside the USA.  Orders for less than $500 equipment must also pay a $12 bank wire fee.

We're sorry, but fraud rates in excess of 50% on international orders have necessitated prepayment by bank wire.

If you are still interested in microscopes or accessories after hearing these estimated shipping costs and conditions, you can email us for an exact shipping cost quote.  We must have:

• The name of the microscope/equipment that you want to buy.

• The name of any accessories you require.

• Your full address, including street address, city, country, and any other information we would need to ship to you.

• If you would be willing to pick up your microscope at a major airport in order to save money, give us the name of that airport.  (Frequently we can ship to an airport at a much better rate.)

In a few days we will email back to you a exact shipping quote based on the information you send us.

We do not make any profit on shipping costs.  We sincerely regret how high they are.
