Guide to Microlife A customer of wrote: "It is well laid
out and is a good balance between an introductory text and useful information.
The paperback is broken down into five sections; monerans, microfungi, protists,
microanimals and various projects. Each entry has a color photo, and numerous
illustrations accompany each chapter's introduction. At the end, a list of
basic microscopy techniques and projects are discussed. It's really a nice
and colorful introduction to the subject of viewing life under a microscope.
The book is approximately 5 x 8", printed on slick paper, 288 pages." |

This excellent book by Werner Nachtigall is an tremendous textbook of microscopy
for the older student or adult. It contains thorough coverage of the
microscope and its use, as well as step by step instructions on the preparation
